By using RemoteDesk you agree to use it only to access computers you own or have explicit permission to access. Unauthorized access to another person's computer is illegal and will result in account termination.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are prepaid for the selected period and do not renew automatically. Plan features apply for the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case; contact support within 7 days of payment.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time.
