RemoteDesk is designed to know as little as possible about your sessions.

What we store

Your account email, name and phone (if given), your plan and payment records, and for each device: its RemoteDesk ID, name, platform and when it was last online.

What we never see

Screen content, keyboard and mouse input and clipboard data are encrypted end-to-end between the two computers. Connection passwords are never sent to our servers.

Payments

Online payments are processed by SSLCommerz. We do not receive or store card numbers.
