Yes. The Free plan includes remote control and screen sharing with sessions up to 30 minutes. Pro and Business remove the time limit and add unattended access and more simultaneous sessions.
Every session is encrypted end-to-end with DTLS-SRTP. Your password is verified with a cryptographic challenge, so it is never sent over the internet, not even to our servers. Nobody can connect without the password or your approval.
The computer being controlled needs the RemoteDesk app. The person connecting can use the app or simply open the web app in any browser, including on Android and iPhone.
No. If either side of a session has a paid plan, the session has no time limit. A technician on Pro can support customers on the Free plan.
